Manage your Accont / Profile Securely
Everything you need to manage your login, profile, and personal settings on Nkeminette Hub.
1) Login & Logout
To access your account, go to the Login Page → Log-In
From here, you can:
Sign in using your email and password
Choose “Remember Me” to stay logged in
Log out safely when using shared devices

Troubleshoot
Quick solutions to common issues across Courses, ChatConnect, and Community. If something isn’t working as expected, start here.
1) Log In Issues
If you can’t sign in, try these steps:
Make sure you’re using the correct email
Reset your password → Password Reset
Try logging in again → Log in
Check if your account is active → Account
Also, check if your internet connection is stable
2) Course Problem
If your course isn’t loading or progress isn’t saving:
Refresh the page
Try opening the course again → Courses
Make sure you’re logged in → Log In
Clear your browser cache
Switch to another browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge)
If a specific lesson won’t open, go directly to your course list: → Course
3) Chat & Companion Issues
If ChatConnect isn’t responding:
Reload the ChatConnect page → Chatconnect
Make sure your internet connection is stable
Log out and log back in
Try using a different browser
If the issue continues, check for account problems: Contact us
4) Community Feeds
If the community feed or groups aren’t loading:
Refresh the page
Visit the main community page →Forums
Check your group memberships in Forums
Make sure you’re logged in → Log _In
If posts or comments aren’t showing, try the activity feed directly, and if still not, contact us
5)Technical Errors
If you’re seeing errors, blank screens, or things not loading:
Clear your browser cache
Restart your browser
Try a different device
Check your internet connection
Log out and back in.
